Looking for something for Momma? Running out of time (less than 2 weeks)? Does she like animals? Do you? How about a gift donation to the World Wildlife Fund?
That's what I did.
My mom has the stuff she needs. She takes care of her own hobbies. She buys what she wants. I could have sent some flowers or jelly beans again (she likes jelly beans) but jelly beans aren't very good for you and flowers die. I wanted to give something that was about life. And she loves animals. So I made a gift donation to the WWF, theoretically "adopting" an animal species in her name.
She'll get a plushie of the animal (I picked Snow Leopard, there's dozens more), a certificate and info sheet on the animal with a photo, and a gift bag for Mother's Day. Along with an online package of wallpapers and newsletters and such. I think she'll like it.
Maybe even more than jelly beans.
