nice hubcaps on that first pic, yo!!
Ha. I didn't have the waffle rims on mine.....
1980 Chevy Citation. That thing was built like a tank.
I worked with a guy who had a Citation. He was built like a tank too.

I always thought it was odd to name a car after a speeding ticket. Especially one that is obviously not built for speed.
Well back then I was much slimmer than I am now :)

That thing survived me and my middle brother. For some inexplicable reason my mom sold it to one of our high school buddies for $200 because she thought it was going to kick and he drove it for three years before it died. We then drove our grandmother's K-car for two years and destroyed it.

That Citation might be amongst the last of the really well-built American cars.
The Impulse was a cool car. A friend had one of the turbos--bright red. I remember the cockpit like interior.

Mine was a '64 VW Beetle. Slow as molasses, and handled like a U-boat.

Memories!

Yoiks, mine was a 1974 Buick Skylark. It had a dark brown roof and a golden tan body, so I thought it looked like a buckskin horse. I bought it from my grandpa in 1979 for 400 dollars.

*Singsong* Din---0----saur!!! (yeah, me, not the car! ;) )

I had an Impulse and it ruled! I wish they still made them!
